REACH - Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006

All PET resin that has been manufactured in the EU is fully compliant with REACH.

EU PET conversion companies should be aware that it is illegal to import PET resin from outside of the EU that has not had its monomers and additives registered according to the REACH regulation.  Proof of this registration must be supplied with every delivery.
